and it was awesome, i brought my moms camera with me cause i wanted to take pictures of the process, but i forgot it in the car and kinda forgot about it.
i went with sophia and this is the second time ive gone with her and the second time shes not been able to give blood, the first time because she had somthing on her arm im not even going to try to spell and today because she had some vaccines like a couple months ago
so that was very sad for her
ive said it before but ill say it again, go give blood if you can, its easy and can save lives
on my way home from the clinic i saw the sunset and decided to drive out of winnipeg a bit, a minute drive from my place and remembering i had my camera in my backseat so i took a few pictures
they arent quite as good as daynas were the other day but i like a few of the pictures i think ill only post one though
ive been wearing a knee brace for the last week, because of a snowboard injury like 3 months ago that has been aggravated like 5 times so pray that my knee will get better
im not working for the next 2 weeks so if your free then call me up or email me , we can do something
This resurrection life you received from God is not a timid, grave- tending life. its adventurously expectant, greeting God with a childlike "whats next Papa?"

shared my testimony today
and looking back i'm not sure i'm 100% happy with it
half the time i seemed like i was pitching camp, which isnt a bad thing but i feel i should have maybe spent more time talking about my relationship with Jesus haha oh well
today was great, i had a bunch of my Reimer side come out for my testimony which was awesome they came today because they cant come out for my baptisim. i was tremendously nervous once i got up there because im not too much of a fan of public speaking, i was shaking and talking really fast but i think i did alright haha
well i have to leave now because im going out to stienbach for saturate ill post some more stuff tomorrow

Starting to write my testimony...
And realizing that one of my major Christian influences was camp even though I was surrounded by Christianity all the time. In the later years camp was a good kick in the pants, but in the earlier years it was a place that showed me that Christians could be cool people too. Dahlen Barkman being one of my influences in the earlier years with Andrew, Evan, and other people I cant remember names being there later on. And now Earl and Ramona have been influential and its not necessarily anything they've done, I've been more passionate in my prayer life because I've had something that really mattered to me to pray for, and it has gotten me to pray with friends not something that I used to do out of church. Family has been a influence to me, my brother Kurtis and my dearest big cousin Dayna have been a encouragement me.
And lots of other things have influenced me like music, friends, and I'd say the internet too.
paul epp has been a great role model for me too!
I look at how camp has influenced me (as I write this I have my staff application next to me and have started filling it out), and it drives my choice of being staff at camp this year. Part of me is questioning my intentions both of doing 5 weeks( I don't want to do it if the reason I'm doing it is to seem like I have my act together, and to try to earn respect) and my intentions of just counseling at camp (part of me just sees it as a good time) so pray that I can come to a conclusion so I can best serve the camp.
And for those who want to know I will be sharing my testimony on Sunday April 29th and will be baptized on may 27th at Morrow gospel church and our service starts at 10:45

well i almost forgot my proclaimation from my last post
and my 1st four days are coming to a end....
well I said my last goodbyes to frank today, hes sitting at nortech autos, waiting for people to pick him apart, and take what they need. but he lives on, through the other cars he will be helping.
I started my tribute video the other day, and its looking mighty fine.
hey, its jeremiahs birthday tomorrow so if you talk to him say happy birthday. surprise party!
last night at work was rough for the first hour, I hadnt worked in almost a week and almost forgot how to make stuff.
after spending the last few months struggling with my walk with Christ, i now have my path to success figured out, SPEND MORE TIME WITH GOD
haha well thats all i got
my new car is being registered right now so im waiting for my dad to get back so i can give her a rip

I keep telling myself to blog more often...
but talk is cheap and I seem to have a hard time doing stuff if I have no accountability....
so here I am going to PROCLAIM that I will blog at least ONCE every FOUR days
I got a new car on saturday, which I am excited about. its a 97 cavalier with only 133000 km's and overall I like it alot
but I will tell you what I don't like about it haha... its a sandish colour not my favorite colour ever on a car, and its pretty much a family car its even got the hooks in the back for car seats
but I think I will like it
I wrote up to here at like 1047 am then realized i had to be at school in 3 minutes.
also on saturday I got a new bible which I was very excited about, its a study bible which I think will help me when i dont quite understand the context or the situation
may 27th is the day I get baptized, I am really excited about this step in my christian walk and invite everyone who reads this to come, I will post more details as it comes closer
today I went and saw the last king of Scotland(about the genocide in Uganda)... it left my heart feeling heavy, and me feeling like crying
please pray for me... I seem to constantly be fighting with god, fighting with myself...
lord give me the strength to hold onto you or the weakness to let you hold me
right now I feel weighted down help me break free
im feeling really emotional right now
goodnight all

frank is dying...
haha don't worry this frank isn't a person, its my car... which is still really sad cause I don't want to be carless. The left rear wheel well is rusted out and along with the wheel well is the support for the rear left shock, which is now just bouncing around, not connected to the body. Surprisingly I don't really feel that much of a difference but the other right rear side is rusting badly too, and it that collapses I'm toast. So unless I get someone to do some extensive metal work/ welding she is not safe to drive and the rear suspension may collapse at any moment. I can see my tire from my trunk haha.
I think ill make a tribute to frank later on, with pictures and stories.
The good news is my parents are looking to buy another car, that I might later buy off of them. from what I remember, one option is a 2000 kia not too sure on the year but i think its a 2000 not sure of the model either, but its manual which I am excited for. Its one of my moms daycare kids parents, which is coming off of lease and is a buy off, so I think its pretty cheap. I'm not too excited its a kia though, not that I really have heard much bad about kia just I think my perception is that they aren't very good.
I'm in save money mode, and hope to save another 1000 dollars by the end of grade 12.
I haven't blogged in a while, partly cause I've been working quite a bit but partly because I'm lazy haha. so I'll tell you a little about my spring break , started with some filming for Epp's movie Terror at Bergan Hall III, then on Sunday I went to Saturate at southland church, Monday I had a couple friends over for supper it was me, Nolan, Sophia, and Jeremiah. I made a teriyaki pork loin roast, and some roasted potatoes and carrots all on the bbq, it was good and we all had a good time. I worked Wednesday and went to Michael's house to have a major jamming season on Thursday, filmed some more TABHIII on Thursday and Saturday. Closed the restaurant on Saturday, which means I was working from 6 to 2:30, which means i was asleep at like 4:30, got up for church at 9, when to church saw the sbc choir sing, which include a few people i know like Sean Dueck, Nic Kornelson, Adriane, and beth talked to them for a a bit and had a church lunch with them. went home slept for about a hour, went to work from 5 to 10 . lets just say i was tired after that...
im pretty tired right now and my English/ grammar is getting worse by the moment so im going to quit typing soon. I have a family gathering tomorrow which im looking forward to. im working on easter which kinda sucks. i didn't realize when it was this year and my parents weren't there to remind me so i didn't book it off at work
ive been writing lots of haiku's recently so i might post some later
and if you ever feel like it, i would like to have a conversation in haiku's with you
time for a nap
